Stéphane Benedetti (7th Dan, Hombu) returns to Cardiff for an open seminar. Stéphane is a truly inimitable presence in the dojo, and an illuminating teacher. His instruction focuses determinedly on the basics of Aikido, which is where he insists its secrets are to be found.

This seminar is open to practitioners of all levels and ability. Please bring proof of valid insurance and wooden weapons for each session.
